As a private sector partner of MSHDA in the State of Michigan specifically under the PBCA program, MMAM has been responsible for the implementation of most asset management core tasks under HUD’s PBCA ACC with MSHDA. MMAM is responsible for most of the PBCA core tasks for 412 contracts, 33,770 units since June of 2000. Under this contract, MMAM and MSHDA have undergone eleven finding free HUD annual compliance reviews and two deficiency-free HUD Inspector General PBCA audit. MMAM has earned every possible incentive with no disincentives in eleven years under the program.

MMAM is a joint venture between Du and Associates, Inc., and Reznick Group. The Du/Reznick team brings a team of professionals with very strong backgrounds and extensive experience in all aspects of HUD assisted housing. In particular, its key principals and staff have direct hands-on experience in performing the PBCA functions for HUD, using HUD guidelines and procedures. The Du/Reznick team has been and is currently performing PBCA functions for the states of Michigan and Pennsylvania. Through its partnership with MSHDA, the Du/Reznick team was the first private sector partner in the country to work with HUD in designing the implementation of the PBCA program.
