Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to be located in our office in Okemos.  This position performs  analytical functions, with a focus on budget analysis and the contract renewal process. This challenging job involves detailed review and analysis of individual property budgets, financial statements and appraisal reports, as well as extensive phone  and mail contact with property and HUD officials.
The successful candidate will possess several of the following:
BS degree in Finance or Accounting
substantive accounting experience
ability to multi-task in a deadline oriented environment
analytical and problem-solving skills
excellent oral and written communication skills
strong attention to detail

Huge pluses:
experience in a property management environment
real estate appraisal training or experience
familiarity with HUD programs

Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience.  Our benefit package includes:
